翻译英语句子要先从什么开始翻译

第一步:用||()在句子上画出来句子的结构。

把主句与从句部分分开,把主干部分与修饰部分分开。

这一步是之后所有步骤的基础,复习的时候要重点复习划句子的能力。

什么样的结构要划?主句与从句的分界线划开,把修饰的部分分开。

有以下几类词,连词,关系词,分词和标点符号。

目的是把基本的句子结构,凸现出来。

第二步:翻译主干内容 什么叫主干内容?去掉从句的内容,去掉一切修饰成分的内容。

就是主谓宾,主系表,哪几种简单句。

什么从句、形容词、同位语先都不管。

第三部:翻译从句的内容 从句和主句用逗号隔开,并翻译成一句完整的话。

特别注意,有的同学喜欢把定语从句翻译到先行词前边,…的东西,殊不知定语从句翻译错连主句的分都没有,能点逗号的尽量点逗号,分步给分。

对非限定性定语从句再多说几句。

比如 LiMing,who is a student,is writing. 可以翻译成:李明在写字,他是一个学生。

但是翻译成,是学生的那个李明在写字(这样翻译的潜台词是还有一个不是学生的李明)。

第四步:翻译修饰成分 一些形容词,修饰结构什么的。

不会的修饰词别翻译,别对自己的词汇量太自信!如果你的词汇量还没到四级水平,那还是背背单词吧。

翻译中肯定有生词,对不会的词,咱们的策略就是不翻译,因为一个词翻译错很可能就改变了语意的方向,尤其是形容词!!第五步:通顺语义,连词成句。

以上四步,可以在草稿纸上来写,也可以在头脑中构想,因为翻译主干的时候,主干中的修饰成分都没有加进去,这时候要把每个从句中认识的修饰词加进去,并且调整语序,有的从句需要在前边翻译,有的需要在后边。
