动脉血气分析参考值： pH：7.40（7.35--7.45）。 二氧化碳分压（PCO2):0.47--6.00kPa(35--45mmHg). 氧分压（PO2）：10.66--13.33kPa(80--100mmHg)。 实际碳酸氢盐（AB）：22--27mmol/L（22--27mEq/L）。 碱剩余（BE）：-3--+3mmol/L（-3--+3mEq/L）。 标准碳酸氢盐（SB）：22--27mmol/L（22--27mEq/L）。 氧饱和度（SO2）：95%或更高。

首先您记住正常值：

看PH值：7.35~7.45          （ 超过此范围为失代偿，7.45为碱中毒）

也就是说1决定是代偿性or失代偿性，2决定呼吸性    酸中毒or碱中毒，3决定代谢性  碱中毒or酸中毒。一般来说互不干扰。
